FRANCHISE AGREEMENT OVERVIEW

This franchise agreement allows bridge clubs to legally participate in BridgeTempo’s rollout and generate revenue while enhancing their members’ playing experience.

Key Terms:

Parties:
Franchisor: Bridgetempo v/Peter Hjortkjær, Åstrupgårdvej 4, 8541 Skødstrup, CVR 25524519
Franchisee: [Your Bridge Club Name & CVR]

1. Exclusive Rights:
Your club receives exclusive rights to market and offer BridgeTempo to your own members.

2. Revenue Sharing Options:

• Option A: 75% of subscription revenue for your club, with a small annual club fee.

• Option B: 25% of subscription revenue for your club, with no annual fee.

3. Obligations:
Your club promotes BridgeTempo and follows our provided marketing and support guidelines.

4. Agreement Duration:
Flexible and renewable. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice. Outstanding payments due within 8 days of termination.

5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality:
BridgeTempo retains all IP rights. Clubs may use our branding and must treat all business terms confidentially.

📄 The revenue transfer and club payout structure is included as an appendix and forms a binding part of the agreement.

6. Jurisdiction:
All disputes will be handled in the courts of the Franchisor’s jurisdiction.
